An artwork fee of $50 will be applied for digitizing your artwork. The pricing displayed on our website includes all stitch count for products. Once the artwork is complete, you will receive an email or text for approval. When applying the identical logo to a product in various sizes or using the same artwork on different items, kindly include only one logo with your initial purchase upload. For any additional items following the initial upload, you may skip this step.

    Our standard turnaround time for embroidery is approximately 12-15 days, especially if your logo is new to us. However, if you require a quicker turnaround, we offer expedited processing options. Currently, we provide offer Premium service for an additional charge, allowing completion in 8-11 days, and an V.I.P service that can be processed in just 5-7 days.

(a) Shipment Timing and Provider: DecorateONE warrants shipping orders 12-15 days or less after placement. While goods are typically shipped quicker, delivery times may extend to two to four days, or delayed for certain circumstances. Specific delivery times may be agreed upon separately, when selecting Premium and V.I.P. processing times. (b) Shipping Costs: DecorateONE employs a shipment service provider of its choice. Customers are responsible for standard shipping costs, displayed at checkout and contingent on order value and shipping destinations. (c) Lost or Stolen: Given the customized nature of our products, we do not replace or refund items shipped via third-party carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Any issues related to lost or stolen items must be addressed directly with the chosen carrier, and you must contact them to initiate a claim. (d) Late Orders: While we aim to ship orders within 20 days or less, shipping times depend on the chosen service during checkout. However, this is on a best effort basis, and we do not guarantee any shipments to be delivered on time using a third-party carrier.

This innovative hoodie features an 8.1-ounce blend of 60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester, ensuring both durability and sustainability. For the Light Grey Heather option, we’ve incorporated 54% recycled cotton, 40% recycled polyester, and 6% recycled rayon for a unique blend. The design includes recycled natural color twill back neck tape and drawcords, along with 2×1 rib knit cuffs, pocket opening, and hem for added style and functionality.
