Providing a DST file incurs no additional charges. If you submit an art file for us to digitize, there is a one-time fee of $50. Once this artwork is stored in our facility, you can use the file at any time without incurring further charges.

Yes. Every piece can carry a different name, which is perfect for staff uniforms, scrubs, lab coats, and team gear. Names are $10 per piece.
Just tell us what to adjust and we will send a revised sew out. Nothing is stitched until you approve it. Keep in mind that edits and slow approvals can push back your ship date.
Yes. We match thread to your logo colors as closely as possible, and you see the actual colors on your sew out before production starts.
Thread has limits, so very small lettering and thin lines may not stitch cleanly. We adjust the size or simplify details during digitizing and show you the result on your sew out. If a design is too detailed to stitch well, we will suggest DTF printing instead.
Production times vary depending on the products, order size, artwork, and current production schedule, but normally is 2 weeks. Expedited options may be available for qualifying orders. Contact us with your deadline and we’ll help determine the best option.
